Relationship Cultures for Sustainable Organizations
20+ years of scholarly research
Evidence-based consulting
Hello!
My name is Dr. M. Gloria Gonzalez Morales (Dr. MGGM) and I am an Organizational Psychologist and Professor at Claremont Graduate University.
I help organizations build Relationship Cultures: environments where trust, belonging, and relational practices are embedded into how people lead, collaborate, and sustain performance.
My consulting integrates 20+ years of scholarly research in occupational health psychology with practical organizational transformation.
I bring: research credibility (published in the field's top journals), a relational systems lens, embodied practice expertise, and bilingual delivery in English and Spanish.
“Human First Framework”
Build the human capabilities that matter most as Artificial Intelligence transforms the workplace:

empathy
relational intelligence
ethical reasoning
Organizations are built on relationships.
Dr. M. Gloria González-Morales helps organizations build healthier, higher-performing workplaces. With over 20 years of consulting experience across Europe, Canada, and the United States, she brings a rare combination of rigorous research expertise, practical organizational work, and embodied practice.
She is Full Professor of Psychology and Director of the Worker Wellbeing Lab at Claremont Graduate University, where she continues to advance the science of what makes workplaces work.
As executive director of Organization & Management Solutions (2013–2020), she led more than 20 consulting projects across sectors, including competency modeling, recruitment and selection systems, performance management, engagement surveys, and training design.
What she does for organizations: As founder of drmggm, LLC, Gloria partners with leaders to tackle the challenges that erode performance and retention (burnout, incivility, disengagement, and poorly designed work systems). Her consulting spans psychosocial health audits, leadership and team development, culture transformation, organizational change, and evidence-based interventions that actually move the needle on employee wellbeing and business outcomes.
A certified yoga teacher and published mindfulness researcher, Gloria integrates emotional intelligence, emotion regulation, and mindful embodiment practices into her organizational work. Instead of superficial wellness solutions her approach is grounded in her peer-reviewed research on how mindfulness-based interventions improve how people manage stress, relate to colleagues, and sustain performance over time.
Why her approach is different:
Gloria's recommendations aren't based on trends or best guesses; they're grounded in award-winning research. Her work on workplace interventions to reduce burnout and abusive supervision has earned best-paper awards from the European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology and the Journal of Occupational Health Psychology (2017 & 2018). She publishes in the field's top journals, including the Journal of Applied Psychology and the Journal of Organizational Behavior.
